Dwayne was the founding pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he was ordained in 2007. The church is also part of the Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about empowering future generations of Biblical counselors. He serves as a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is the writer of several online publications and a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Changing lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne was married to Leslie. The couple has three kids.
