Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a professional CrossFit athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She is the owner and operator of Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, in which she trains athletes. Annie is the only woman to take home at the CrossFit Games twice. The CrossFit Games were her second place CrossFit Games in 2010 and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is a weightlifter CrossFit and a media star. She is popular for being the first woman who won in the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 and 2012. In addition, she is known for winning both the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born and brought to Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents as well as her siblings. Since a young childhood, Annie was a fervent sports enthusiast and was a fan of working out. It was her first time as a woman to ever be the winner of CrossFit Games. Annie's exceptional performance in 2012 brought to her a third CrossFit Games victory. This was the second time she had won consecutively. Silver medals were awarded in the year 2014 and then in 2021, she was awarded the Bronze award in the CrossFit Games. Annie is presently a coach as well as a trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik, which she founded. Annie has become a famous athlete following her recognition.
